At the end of the year we are fresh out of everything - including money to spend on student gifts. If you scroll down, you print and laminate the reading seed poem for an end of the year gift. You can even search toilet paper roll or newspaper seed holders for your students to make to hold soil. The only thing you'll need is the seeds and soil.
With this end of the year poem you'll be,
- Saving $$$$$$$
- Providing an opportunity for kids to engage in a science project over summer.
- Sending a message to parents and students about the importance of reading over the summer.
This is a relatively inexpensive project. I didn't want to go out and spend a ton of money. Even at $1.00 per kid that was another $27.00 I did write the poem so please do respect the copyright.
